These Terms govern your use of the Nicole Digital Agency website and the purchase of our services. By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide web design, development, SEO and related services as described on the site. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines for custom work are agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work.
Payments & refunds
- Online purchases are processed securely via Stripe; prices are shown in USD.
- One-time services are billed upfront; monthly services renew until cancelled.
- Because services involve dedicated work, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law or stated in your proposal.
Ownership & intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you — the code, content and design produced for your project. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Pre-existing tools and third-party assets remain owned by their respective owners.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, feedback and access needed to complete the work, and to ensure any materials you supply don't infringe others' rights.
Disclaimers
We bring real expertise and effort, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue — search engines and markets are outside our control. Services are provided on a professional, good-faith basis.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable notice as described in the relevant proposal. Fees for work completed remain payable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
